Our flowers are handpicked and delivered with the utmost care to ensure freshness and longevity. However, as nature's delicate creations, each bloom may vary. If you believe a refund is necessary, kindly note that we can only entertain requests for the following reasons:

Please bear in mind that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to entertain refund requests unrelated to our cause.
